In May 2005 we relocated our Asian manufacturing facilities from Taiwan
to the Guangdong Province of China. This move was made for a number of very
positive reasons. For today—it allows Faytex products to continue to occupy
the pinnacle position in moisture management comfort technology. For the
future—it allows for further innovation that will continue to make any product
that contains Dri-Lex a better one.

Tai Lee Industrial, Ltd. is dedicated to manufacturing and selling Dri-Lex
and other Faytex products for footwear, apparel and gear. Their diligent
